I approach therapy from the perspective that you know yourself the best, and together we can create a plan to help you get to where you want to go. I primarily operate from a strengths-based and systems perspective and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy. The specific strategies that I use will greatly be determined by the specific challenges you are currently experiencing.
